Pros
Good Benefits. I get a fair salary for the work I do. My working hours are somewhat flexible (As a result of my team). I get to work with a great team of smart people. Training budget is good, overall the HR training department is great.
Cons
Certainly not forerunners when it comes to technology, If you would like to work with great/new technologies FNB is way behind the curve. The equipment we get to work on is also subpar. I love my job so it sucks to do it on slow equipment. Middle management is just terrible. Senior management is not much better, Unfortunately the current CEO is just no match for the previous CEO, Michael Jordaan. Its a federated business model, which pretty much means each business must fend for itself and means we work against each other and create lots of duplication/inefficiency.
