Good benefits, pay is mostly decent, but negotiating doesn't go far. No raises for promotions without serious negotiations. Having more siloed business units means each department can be a very different experience. Culture generally encourages a positive atmosphere.
Cons
Having more siloed business units means each department can be a very different experience. Company is in a cost-saving cycle right now, so lots of head-count freezes and cost-cutting measures in place. No retrenchments though.
