Pros
Nice people, get to work on interesting projects, manager was amazing.
Cons
Bureaucratic as all large organisations are. Teams are a bit ineffective as not everyone is as qualified/skilled at their role as they could be. A bit archaic in terms of WFH and flexibility (but this might have changed since)
