Cons
- Lack of clearly definied roles, responsibilities and processes often makes things messy. A lot of figuring things out as we go along. - Zero training if you're in a business-related role. Good luck figuring out the ropes. You need a serious go-getter attitude to learn the ropes otherwise you'll very easily be left behind. - Not for the weak. Be prepapred to go into battle everyday as ypu try to figure out how to make miracles happen with no training. But feel proud of yourseld once you gain much-needed miracle-worker powers. You become invincible if you can hold on tight and overcome challenges. - Thick skin required, this really is Sparta man, weapon up! Learn how to advocate for yourself and CYA always. - Very chaotic work environment if I'm being honest. I've come to understand that you're paid to navigate the chaos, so stay strong.
