Pros
I know I won't do justice on how I feel about working for this company. I left my previous company after 12 years to come work at First Orion. I felt welcomed before even being hired on at First Orion. I have felt even more welcomed, and a part of the team, after being hired and working several months. Before, Everyone is a part of the common goal. Everyone is always willing to help out, including other departments. There are programs to better yourself both personally and professionally. It is a very encouraging place to have all employees interact with each other multiple times per week. The People Ops group are out amongst the employees every day, and making sure that they are getting feedback on what could be done better. Leadership appears to listen, and acknowledge when something needs to be done. There is a great effort for diversity and inclusion in the office. There is also a great sense of community. From sponsoring events, to using the local restaurants to provide food for events, First Orion is creating roots in our local community. The pay is fair, and the benefits are outstanding!
