Profitable company with high revenue yet lack of pay for employee's - Manufacturing Associate First Solar Employee Review

Low pay with very little raises. It's hard to make ends meet with the low salary and First Solar wonders why people are always quitting finding better paying jobs. Little to no advancement opportunities. I had a co worker who spent 7 years with First Solar who only made $2 and hour more then me before she quit for a better paying job. HR lies in orientation saying First Solar is Union friendly but once hired in if you mention the work Union you'll get yelled at by management or even fired. Supervisors and Management act like they're better then you and treats you like kids.
