First Solar has provided me the opportunity for growth within the company through continued education and development.

      Being a leader in the PV industry, there is a strong demand to continue to grow and innovate... This allows you to be very creative and out of the box thinking, but the manufacturing process is very fluid and you must stay ahead of the changes that are always being made.
