Great Place Until Corporate Safety Director Jeff Left - Safety Manager First Solar Employee Review

After Jeff left as corporate safety manger you had safety professionals hiring sons who had no experience or common sense to be safety workers. People were put in charge who were only looking for self gratification, who were in such bad physical condition they ever knew what was going on in the field because they could barely walk from their truck to their office. This is when it starting sinking like the titanic. Locals were hired in positions that they were not qualified for. First Solar became a laughing stock. Now they want to hire safety professionals at ridiculously low wages and perdiem; and like anything else; you get what you pay for !
