      Multiple automation processes with modern robotic tools to learn and gain hands-on experience. Clearly defined scopes of responsibilities among teams and team members. Opportunity to work for a leading company in an increasingly thriving industry

      Cons

      Vietnamese staffs with low English proficiency including those at managerial positions Excessively negative peer competition with no solutions from site management to alleviate the situation and improve the collaboration among the staffs Unjust and unfair performance evaluation of team members with absolutely no oversight from site's HR Ineffective hierarchical management style with little to no interaction between managers and engineer lower level personnels.
