      Pros

      Good starting company for Development Engineering. Good in company mobility for those driven to work hard. Good benefits for staff initially.

      Cons

      Engineering department mentally is unsustainable and unhealthy. Seniority trumps actual productivity for proper compensation. I literally had to threaten to quit before being offered a proper pay increase. Requires 24/7 dedication to the company, this was typically punished by ridicule if expectations weren't made.
