alot of cons. first of all the company invests 0 money in the equiptment in the plant. the equiptment is constantly out of order and you spend all day fixinf it or doing things by hand because the equiptment never works. they make millions but wont invest in equiptment that works. 6 people have to share a hand bander in packout because only 1 works at any given time. autobander never works. lots of favoritism in upper management they single out certain people and will do anything they can to get you in trouble. lots of snitching too. also your not allowed to have water on the shop floor so you have to leave your station and walk across the building to get a drink wich is dumb considering hipot dumps water everywhere on a regular basis. restrooms in the building arent big enough for the amount of people working here either so good luck getting in one. also the whole "made in america" speel is bs. asembled in america yes but the frames come from taiwan,the screws from china,and the glass from japan. also unless you suck up to the supervisors you wont get promoted. people that suck up to them but are terrible at there jobs get instant promotions but all the hard workers are stuck doingf the same thing constantly
