Biased and unhealthy workplace - Production Technician First Solar Employee Review

Bad communication from everyone I've seen a guy get promoted even though he threw temper tantrums everyday he didn't get his own way. Only way to get promoted is to be liked by the hiring staff. I've seen racist promoting and exist promoting but never promoting based on qualifications. This place is awesome if you need a job temporarily while you build from a real career or another job but don't make this your home they will use you and never give you a chance unless your friends with the ones they have multiple generations of family in the company.
