Pros

Weekends off, holidays off, lots of time off for breaks and teacher in service work days, Late starts, mostly working alone. The one great staff member was trainer Angelique. She really wanted you to succeed.

Cons

The management and dispatch staff were lazy and ungrateful. No one gives you directions or good maps for your regular routes or any trips you sign up for. Only two sick days all year. The way they treat any driver that has an accident/incident is horrible. I would watch the management and other drivers shun and disrespect any driver with an accident. They only require 17 hrs of training before they send you off on your own. Not enough training to be confident driving a bus. You can ask for extra training but it won't happen. Everyone is always grumpy. No incentive to stay there.
