      Pros

      Big company and management is great. They train well and treat people good. Pay is good. Part time job with full time pay. Plenty of time off and possibility to earn more if needed.

      Cons

      Today's kids are awful. Don't get me wrong 80% of kids are just nice adorble kids but remaining 20 is a nightmare. Schools do not punish anymore thus bad kids won't change. Why would they - there is no reward nor punishment.

      Frequently behind the wheel of a bus which limits value at position Very long hours due to need to complete work while spending significant portion of the day filling in on open routes
