Pros

The people and the members. Checking and savings account rates, CD rates are highest around.

Cons

Leadership has changed culture from credit union to a bank, employees with tenure feel forced out as we rebrand, incentive plan changes every year for the worst, morale of staff has declined over past 18 months with high turnover, low salaries for the sales expectations, business development keeps signing on useless SEG partners and expect the understaffed branches to do outside sales and grow the business with little support, loan rates are terrible for both consumer and fixed mortgage, call center is a joke, consumer lending team is so understaffed that loans take days to disburse, chatter among peers is toxic and Regionals are totally oblivious

Pros

Generous employee loan discount, hybrid work schedule, professional development opportunities, Fresh fruit is a nice touch.

Cons

Small desks and crowded to co-workers which creates distraction and difficulty at times to concentrate due to noise. Hotelling desk locations often "raided" of equipment. One day you'll get there and you're all set and the next time docking station of other equipment is gone.

Pros

Nice location, easy access, good D&I

Cons

I worked here for two years, the Pay scale was so low you had to work two jobs if you’re a single person. They have the customer service representatives doing sales, and then find ways to not give sales bonuses because your customer service levels aren’t high enough. I had worked in customer service for eight years and I’m still in customer service at another institution and never have I seen such ridiculous rules. If you have to send a request to another department and they call them back your first call resolution is crap. And remember this is a sales team so they pay you so little and work really hard to not give you a bonus. I talked to a Work coworker who stated that now they don’t get their quarterly bonuses because they have to be at 110% of First call resolution to get the quarterly sales. Bonus makes zero sense.
