Pros

Parking Free Tea No life balance Increment after 1 year HR team is not good and not co operative MOSTLY SYSTEMS IN FIRSTCRY OFFICE ARE NOT LICENCE COPIES of Windows Operating Systems. Lift of building are irritating. CEO speaks only in numbering language. He only expect growth in sale , he never worries about employee. FUNCTIONS, FUN, PARTY, ENJOYMENT, PLAYING GAMES - Due to these productivity decreases..this statement said by CEO last year.

Cons

Use employee and after project completion just terminate them...its a cheap and third class mentality of Firstcry management team from CEO to Team leads. Strategy of Firstcry company in IT- They have their own applications web site and mobile applications. For completion of project at initial level they hire people in bulk quantity and after completion of project or stable application they fired people without any notice or reason. If u have major responsibility still they do not think about his/her hike or job. Total Jungle Raaj Chalta hai. Freshers-hired-contract-2000-5000/month Commitement is not followed by managers for hike. Chutiya Managers & Team leads QA & UI & Mobile application team - They will take your personal numbers for any time contact. Process- No agile process, Anytime u will get requirement and you have to do it withing their deadline. Managers are also not gud to make a good process. They use all Open source tools for Cost Cutting.

Pros

Salary gets credited on time.

Cons

Salary hikes are quite low, and the organizational hierarchy is very rigid, making direct communication with senior leadership difficult. Support from management is inconsistent, as some managers do not actively guide or support their teams. The work pressure is extremely high, which often results in many new joiners leaving within a few months to a year. Employee retention appears to be a challenge, with most long-term employees being part of higher management. Despite employees putting in their best efforts, the pressure to constantly deliver remains intense, with very little appreciation or recognition for hard work. Promotions also seem to be influenced more by favoritism than merit, which negatively impacts employee morale. Overall, the company culture lacks transparency, strong ethical values, and a healthy work environment.
