The executive leadership team in Atlanta appears to have a limited understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by local offices. As a result, company-wide initiatives and rollouts are often implemented without sufficient operational insight or planning, creating unnecessary disruption and confusion across the organization.
In my 15 years of experience in property management, this has been the least effective senior leadership team I have worked under. There is also a perception that advancement and recognition are influenced more by personal relationships with leadership than by performance or merit. A stronger focus on transparency, operational expertise, and meaningful collaboration with local teams would help improve employee confidence and organizational effectiveness.
