You're timed on everything and set up for failure unless you're willing to start up your computer before clocking in. Open floor plan means loud environment and customers can hear co workers speaking. Constantly surveiled. General low morale in the area leading to depressed workers. Given little time to eat because it takes at least 40% of your lunch to get to a place you're allowed to eat. Takes at least 40% of your break to get outside if you are a smoker.
