Micromanagement: managers do not trust you. Instead of couching someone struggling they will get you on a PIP in order to fire you. Hr and upper management are best friends. Never report anything to hr. They will gossip about it with the worst micromanager I have ever had in my life. They will use it against you and make your life miserable until you quit or until they have enough mistakes written up to fire you. Even if you have good reviews from your attorneys they will still give u a bad review if they do not like you. They do not play fair here. Stay away if u are not a robot.
