It’s a place where you can grow quickly while being surrounded by people who are both kind and smart. Great benefits when you have them, competitive salary and workplace set up for remote work. Use the benefits ASAP. Remote work is great and they always strive for making it work. Met some amazing people here who want to make great work across teams.

Huge chance you’ll be let go. They said over and over there would be no more big changes but every quarter there was a bunch of people dropped. They now admit it saying it’s “not for everyone” but your work ethic or output are not usually the nail in the coffin. I say take the job but always be looking for a backup. It’s frustrating to be working toward their goals and all their crazy shifts, sometimes revamping whole processes or product details in a short timespan to then watch everyone be let go when their ideas don’t work.
