Pros

Great community and fun retreats. For a U.S. Employee, Unlimited leave is amazing.

Cons

There often is a lot of turbulence. Need to be ready to work HARD and switch gears a lot.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback! We’re glad to hear you’ve enjoyed the sense of community, annual Summits, and our global benefits. Since this feedback was shared, we’ve made a number of changes to create more focused execution across the business, bringing leaders closer to the teams on the ground to bridge vision and product development, and reducing the number of pivots on our roadmap - so teams can work with clarity and confidence in our direction. If you’d like to discuss your experience in more detail, we’d love to hear more. Please feel free to reach out to sami.maiden@fitxr.com. Pros

FitXR is one of the most collaborative and engaging places I’ve worked. The organization attracts highly motivated people who take pride in what they do and genuinely want to help each other succeed. It’s a friendly, open culture where ideas flow easily and cross-team collaboration is the norm, not the exception. The company truly embraces an AI-first mindset, encouraging continuous learning, experimentation, and personal development. It’s a place where you can grow quickly while being surrounded by people who are both kind and smart. I’ve loved my experience here and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to make a difference in an exciting field with a company that is truly paving the way forward!

Cons

Fast-paced environment means priorities can shift quickly which is exciting, but requires adaptability.

Pros

Great benefits when you have them, competitive salary and workplace set up for remote work. Use the benefits ASAP. Remote work is great and they always strive for making it work. Met some amazing people here who want to make great work across teams.

Cons

Huge chance you’ll be let go. They said over and over there would be no more big changes but every quarter there was a bunch of people dropped. They now admit it saying it’s “not for everyone” but your work ethic or output are not usually the nail in the coffin. I say take the job but always be looking for a backup. It’s frustrating to be working toward their goals and all their crazy shifts, sometimes revamping whole processes or product details in a short timespan to then watch everyone be let go when their ideas don’t work.
