Pros
People you train are nice You don't have to recruit for clients You can make your own schedule. The facility is a good environment to work in.
Cons
Management is not organized They give you clients but then take them away from you. They do not update you on if a client is having an issue with your training style. The tell you you will be making $16/hr but then you realize you're only making 12 per session. Basically not clear on what income will be. Make too many promises that can not be kept. Does not respect your schedule.
