      Pros

      Free gym membership. Insurance after being there for a certain amount of time. Conversing with customers. And improve customer service skills.

      Cons

      Don't go in there looking to grow. Been there for a year and 4 months and they gave a raise and advancement to a guy who has been there for only 3 months (barely it of the probationary period) with less experience than me. They will force you to sell proshops and hit daily quotas but no incentives. You will work hard for nothing. They will promise you a raise and promotion but will fail to reward you; no growth and no loyalty. Corporate office and the company as a whole is stingy with money and budget. You are basically a number, a pawn. Run away. Work there, get your money and bounce. The job is only meant if you're just looking for quick cash

Although you indicated you enjoyed some of our Team Member benefits like insurance, free memberships, and skill development, I am sorry to read we have not met your expectations in other areas that are important to you.       Pros

      The company is always trying to improve both internal staffing conditions and stay competitive. They constantly try to do right by their employees and customers. My peers all have raw potential, and the company has great managers that are able to see that potential and develop staff further from club to corporate.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's a lot of moving parts due to new initiatives. However, that's expected at ever company Needs more consistency.

      Pros

      The only pro is that you get a free gym memberhsip

      Cons

      Upper management does not communicate properly or take ideas from the demographic they are wanting to cater to. Toxic work environment when it comes to hitting KPIs no proper training and development just told to hit the number or else. Even though you hit the goal to make money it’s never a great job it’s just a do better next time. No celebrations no acknowledgment for going above and beyond goal targets for the month. Force you to follow a process that most guest/members don’t enjoy and if you don’t you get in trouble. Health benefits are absolutely atrocious. They don’t even have this website updated correctly because Patrick has not been CEO for 2 years.
