      Pros

      The members at fitness connection are what makes the job worth it. The other instructors are usually very hard working and they definitely don't do it for the money! They are just good people to learn from.

      Cons

      The pay is not very good. The company has been trying to raise our pay, but it happens slowly and not often.

      No growth- the best employees DO NOT get promoted Marketing team doesn’t know a single thing about how to generate leads for their employees Empty promises and long days with no breaks
