Horrible work/life balance - Club Manager Fitness Connection Employee Review

Work life balance was nonexistent. DMs on your behind over ridiculous numbers. ALL the gyms in Houston are so ugly and old, but no one cares about that. The systems, process and styles can change overnight, and leadership expects you to understand, teach and execute in a couple of hours. Hours are ridiculous for management. I was also underpaid compared to other GMs. When asked for a raised, supervisor was very passive aggressive. They act like we are all family but there is no culture here.
