      Easy to get hired. Systems in place just follow them and be attentive.

      Cons

      Does not pay very well. Structure does not allow you to expand your earnings or make it easy to sell training. You are a number.

      No growth- the best employees DO NOT get promoted Marketing team doesn’t know a single thing about how to generate leads for their employees Empty promises and long days with no breaks
