      Free gym membership but that’s about it

      Cons

      -you barely get hours..maybe 8 if you’re lucky -they make you sell a ton of pro shop for basically nothing other than a few extra hours

      No growth- the best employees DO NOT get promoted Marketing team doesn’t know a single thing about how to generate leads for their employees Empty promises and long days with no breaks
