Great Customer Base and solid Cloud Operations Giving inexperienced employees a shot (for good and ill)
Cons
Product is dated and falling behind its competitors. AI solutions are especially limited. C-Suite does not have a viable strategy (they have strategies, they are not viable). Nepotism/Cool Kids Club is a serious problem. Many long term experienced employees have been pushed out for folks connected a small group of newly minted inexperienced leaders who are over their heads (To provide context and factual back up, one of these leaders promised to unify all the sales processes in the summer of 2024. They failed at that and have brought in 3 different consulting companies to help restructure the business, unify processes and construct a viable long term strategy). I could provide many other examples similar to this.
