Pros
Diversity in project work across multiple industries and locations.
Cons
Required return to office mandate, with zero flexibility. Need to take PTO for any reason needing to leave the office (sick child, appliance delivery, etc). No longer a friendly employer for working mothers. Reverting back to how the predominately male-dominated firm was operating 15 years ago. CEO Laura Serebin lacks vision and people skills. Morale among employees is very low. Lay-offs occur sporadically without communication, leaving everyone fearful. Leadership team has only ever worked at Flad and is in desperate need of new ideas.
