However I am sorry to read that you rate your Flashbay experience as 1*. Our goal is to offer a supportive and motivating work environment which includes providing constructive feedback on a regular basis to help our sales team so they will not only achieve their goals but exceed them With regards growth opportunities we do have a relatively flat structure which is a benefit in many ways however we do offer growth opportunities for top performers as well as opportunities to get involved in our training programme for new hires. We actively encourage all of our employees to provide feedback, both positive and negative, on a regular basis.
