Our goal is to offer a supportive and motivating work environment which includes providing constructive feedback on a regular basis to help our sales team so they will not only achieve their goals but exceed them With regards growth opportunities we do have a relatively flat structure which is a benefit in many ways however we do offer growth opportunities for top performers as well as opportunities to get involved in our training programme for new hires.
