Pros
Currently there, GR5; only thing I can see as a pros is the use of your cell phone; people are literary walking the isle between presses, and looking on their phones!
Cons
Way out of standard vacation time; 5 days after almost 3 years at the company; point system is very cruel; you end up in hospital, or emergency room for surgery; heart attack, no problem; you get a point. You stay in hospital 3 days; here we go: 3 points to you! HR department is terrible! Always like 6 months behind their schedule!
