Easy work for higher pay than most factories in the area.

Cons

Once I became Team Lead and became privvy to all of the nonsense within upper management, I began to push back on decisions and eventually tried to get Corporate HR involved. Which they took advantage of Illinois "at-will" status and fired me before I could whistleblow.

You received over time ( straight hours) when working over 45 hours.

Cons

Culture, plant manager had his favorites that he had worked with for years. They had no education but we’re in front office and management positions and received large bonuses.

Pay, education benefits are good nothing else follows

Cons

Management does nothing about hazing, employees purposely breaking machines then hiding while one weld tech does the work. If your disabled the hazing is 10 times worse for that person.
