      Cons

      The company culture is very old and stagnant. Not progressive at all. It was like being stuck in the 1950's. At least at the location I was at. Technology is outdated and slow. Toxic work environment. Very sexist - pay scales reflect that as well. Health and safety is not taken seriously in my opinion and the rep is only there once per week - considering all that I witnessed, that is not nearly enough.
