Pros
The actual job is very easy and work can be fun even sometimes. The other bonus is they always give you the holidays off and paid too. And if you are looking for a job where they have a lot of overtime this is it.
Cons
They make the overtime mandatory every single Saturday so you literally only have one day off. Also the supervisors in molding are very unprofessional they use favoritism as a tool to choose who gets moved around and overworked. They don’t have paid time off so if you still haven’t earned vacation you will be using up the points very quickly.
