      Pros

      There are literally no pros to working for Ventra Evart, LLC. A cost of living if your luck.

      Cons

      Lower then average pay. Cost of living only. No communication from Management at all, in fact Management seem to not know what they are doing. The plant is literally running 6 to 7 days a week.
