      - Good working environment for product development centre - People are nice and helpful - Good automotive experience and GD&T - Good manufacturing experience.

      Cons

      - No a lot of opportunities to move up. - Not very easy going with employees. Management likes to keep everything the same. No changes. - Not a lot of benefits other than the medical benefits.
