Pros
they pay was good and not much else
Cons
everything I'm writing is in regards to the grand prairie TX location if you are looking for a job in the tooling department look elsewhere. the manager of the tooling department is mostly absent due to his promotion , so leadership and organization is non existent. they hired me on as a cnc machinist and promised me a lot of things . first off the shop is a constant 97-100 degrees in the summer. makes it very hard to do good work . the other major factor is the machinery they have are pieces of junk , not fast or easy to use . another major issue is the computer models used to define details of the tools are incorrect and make it impossible to make good parts the first time around . I'm sure there are ok jobs to work at this place but if you are looking at maintenance job or a tooling job its a miserable place to work.
