Company has great growth history, continues to grow in financial strength, and a genuine desire to provide quality and exciting products. Regarding compensation, benefits are competitive and vacation time off is almost always accomodated.
Cons
Career opportunities throughout the corporation are not well advertised, even on the plant level. As an engineer, it would be helpful to improve knowledge of other plant's commodities and processes to improve overall competance of available product/process technologies and materials.
