      Opportunity for growth. Fair pay. Clean office areas. Most employees are good of nature and friendly. Company makes a lot of money. Good benefits. Minimal travel.

      There are not many cons to working at Flex-N-Gate. However, some managers/higher ups talk down to lower ranking employees like they are better than them.
