Transparency - Assembly Line Worker Flex-N-Gate Employee Review

You never know if you will work 24 to 40 hours every week. We haven't worked 40 hours a week consistently for 2 years. They down size a lot. We were told no one was getting fired or laid off, just moving people around then 2 days later people are getting fired because numbers are low. The same employees don't get laid off when lay off happen, and it's not based on performance, points, or write ups.
