Pros

None. Not a single one.

Cons

Management is allot of family and you can tell how they favor certain employees. Pay is crazy low for wanting people to work in ga heat with no windows. Not to mention no benefits at all. They just pay the fine at the end of the year for not providing insurance to employees.

Pros

A great place to spread your wings and learn from some truly talented engineers and businesses professionals. Providing you can follow basic directions and complete tasks by being self driven you will be afforded many opportunities. These opportunities include travel to customer and vendor locations, Manufacturing expos, additional Flex-Tec factory locations and more.

Cons

Not a good place for people that don't have self drive or don't care about their quality of work. You will receive what you give.

Lots of wonderful opportunities for growth and advancement, but you need to be willing to put in the work. Learn new tasks, help advance coworkers skills, and follow policy.

Cons

Air-conditioning in the factory would be wonderful, but not really feasible for the entire factory
