Cons

For two years of my life I wasted time working for this company. I was falsely promised a job but that was clearly not the case. I was a hard worker only to be called incompetant. Flexstaff treats their employees like pons in a chess game, only to be thrown out once your usefulness has ended. Every day working for these people was a nightmare. At various sites I was treated very inhumanely, told I was unreliable and that I was unable to follow directions. First abused then let go on false pretenses. I gave this place 2 years of my life, worked very hard and called unreliable. On top of that while working for these people I was never given any benefits. They fire the overqualified and hire the under-qualified. Please do not apply for this company because they give Northwell a bad name and treat their employees like slaves. Legal slavery does exist and it's called Flexstaff. Beware and do not apply.
