Pros

Basic healthcare is available, but the deductible is high unless you opt for an expensive monthly plan. Copays still apply, and coverage is mostly limited to Northwell facilities.

Cons

The hiring team functions as a clique, driven by narcissistic dynamics, manipulation, and emotional abuse. Those who question leadership, speak up, or fail to conform are often blamed, isolated, and eventually pushed out. Lower-level staff tend to stay silent due to fear of retaliation. An internal tracker is reportedly used to blacklist applicants particularly in nursing, often for biased or inappropriate reasons. Meanwhile, the individuals most responsible for the toxic culture are regularly promoted, often after discrediting others to elevate their own image. The environment is emotionally harmful, psychologically unsafe, and ethically questionable.
