Pros
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. The management "higher ups" will treat you inferiorly under their "presentable" disguise. They would seem like the most professional people to work with but they are gonna treat you like you are below them as if you do not matter. I have worked for a lot of companies and they do not do this, the higher ups in FlexStaff and Northwell act like they are better than every body else. A LOT OF WORK BULLYING going on, between coworkers. This is a place with adult workers but watch them behave like little girls, gossiping about everybody and UNHELPFUL when you need help.
Cons
BEWARE!! FlexStaff has a policy that they can offer you a full time position after 6 months working (in this period of time you do not get benefits, DO NOT CALL OUT because they will terminate you/it will affect your "performance" for qualification in getting a full time". What kind of employer is this? Literally you will feel inferior, the fact that you have to wait 6 months before you can apply full time and watch your back because THEY TERMINATE PEOPLE OUT OF THE BLUE. PLUS SOMETIMES IT CAN TAKE 1-2 YEARS before they even give you a permanent position. Not a lot of people get a permanent position, a lot of underqualified people they make permanent only because they are one of their favorites. I wasted my time going here, you are better off applying on the company itself because trust me in FLEXSTAFF THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY, any minute one mistake you're out. No job no nothing.
