Pros
Small company with lots of hats to wear at any given time. A huge presence in the industry, and their name on a resume will open doors.
Cons
Management is based on nepotism and whims. There is not really a structure that supports employee growth. Bonuses are based on CEO's feelings rather than reviews. Management tends to like docile employees and cannot be challenged in any way. They equate presence at your desk as productivity, not actual work. Regardless of how much you do, if you are not popular with management, you will not go anywhere.
