Pros

- Learning a lot of business knowledge - Will improve your working skills - High stress and slightly hostile work environment will make you tough.

Cons

- Absolutely cheap when it comes to anything, including server space and forget about bonus and salary. - Every team is understaffed, and save money by delaying hiring and then forgetting about hiring. - You'll be exploited and 'extracted'. - Unhappy employees make life frustrating to everyone without their knowledge. - Very few good people who like to work.

Pros

Used to be a good and pleasant workplace. Relaxed for a finance company. If you want you can learn nuances of OMS, EMS. Location can be an advantage for people with kids.

Cons

* All smart people have either left the comany or are frustrated. * Mostly people left in support are not efficient. Devs ends up doing both support and dev work. * Its time for tech upgrade... can't follow 2000s tech ( cvs seriously !!!!).Remember you are a tech company !!!!! * Its time for infra upgrade... period.. * Head of support needs to go in one word. Has no vision and is working to just make things work somehow. * Pay and bonus is pathetic in one word. Worst part is that the pay is decreasing for fresh hires. * Identify and work with underperformers... these underperformers adds to frustration of efficient workers in both dev and CSD.

Pros

I assume the commute would be a pro if you live on Long Island, otherwise, none from a career perspective. They let employees work from home frequently, which is a pro for those that do it..

Cons

Management is disorganized and they don't have any defined strategy. It is a family run business which shows extreme favoritism. There is no sense or urgency by the staff and therefore deadlines get regularly missed with zero accountability. The turn over is high and the compensation is low which results in sub par employees who don't get paid enough to care about the end clients. The culture is also not a fun place to work and the office is out in Long Island making it a terrible, expensive commute. I would not recommend working here to anyone. This is specific to the US office only. I believe London and Singapore are run very differently, however this results in disorganization and no one seems to be on the same page.
