Cons
Where to begin... - Management is horrible, from the Sales making mistakes that could get the company Sued to the understaffed Facility employees. - Data Center labeling Standards are not consistent, Circuits are mislabeled, and some clients are charged for circuits that should of been deprovisioned (Customers can sue for that too) - When dealing with Incident Resolution, the company does not alert the clients of serious network problems, and miss informs clients on purpose, to make sure no they do not have to pay compensation. - Management looks down on most employees to the point where there is no trust, you will be sitting in a room as glass windows surround you. - Giving and supplying customers with FALSE information, if one customer decides to audit their circuits they have a LAWSUIT on their hands. It even worries employees at times, of how bad it is. - You will end up doing more than your fair share of work for the pay amount, they will hire and promise a "Pay Raise" but will find a reason to fire you a month before that happens. - There is no flexibility for tardiness, two sections entering this specific facility were having construction on two major roads getting to the facility. - None of the tools work, only tools that work the electricians own. - Some locations are HIGHLY understaffed, and bringing this up will get you noticed and told by management you are "Out of line" - 9 months you are paid $13.61, you do way more than you are paid to do. - Benefits are not as great as other companies. - There is no Organization, I've seen employees leave during shift to get no essential items !!
