Pros

Not a thing at the this point in fact its pretty bad

Cons

Health plan is not as good as what we had before so what you increased the 401k I cant afford to put more into it as you are pay us way below market. Employees now have to pay for our uniforms. Laying off people who knew how to do important tasks and just dump it on to groups that have no clue how to address the task or even have the credentials to. So under staffed can’t even utilize the so called unlimited discretionary time off. Employee programs are gone they now put us in a drawing for a engraved lightsaber or have beer swap or ice cream. First of all lightsaber?? who cares beer and ice cream is cool if your not trying to be healthy so you can not get charged on your next company required health assessment for a discount.

Thanks for your feedback. We don't ask employees to pay for their uniform aka company branded apparel - that is fully provided and refreshed each year. There is a company store where you can buy ADDITIONAL Flexential swag at very reasonable prices. Again, this is optional. We provide you company branded apparel when you are a customer-facing employee. In terms of our employee events - we try to offer different programming at different times with different focus so we offer something everyone can enjoy at some point - BBQs, World Cup viewing parties, beer swaps, ice cream socials, fitness challenges, chili cook-offs, margarita days.........we want to have fun and come together! In terms of rewards and recognition - our Star Awards program has a cash award in addition to a cool light saber to memorialize your accomplishment. We think it's pretty awesome to get both. Last but not least, our wellness program has 3 components to earn you a premium rebate - none of these require you to "get healthy". Instead, we are trying to increase your general awareness of healthy behaviors. If you complete the program, you earn $600 annually in premium rebates.

Pros

Flexibility with work life balance Really talented and fun coworkers. Direct upper management great with helping pursue your goals and gathering everyone together to make your job feel like you are in fact a part of a team. This made work enjoyable even when aggravated by other things.

Cons

Compensation and recognition don't match performance. Despite consistent 5-star reviews and going above-and-beyond (taking on extra projects beyond my pay grade), raises were minimal (e.g., 0.9% after a strong first year) and promotions were seemingly gifted on favoritism over performance. Higher leadership (SVPs/L1s) showed limited follow-through on innovative internal projects—e.g., we built data solutions that outperformed enterprise third-party solutions, but they were shelved with only vague "good job" responses and no real investment. L1 attempted to enforce a new corporate policy of flexwork on people living nearly 75 miles away from the nearest corporate satellite office to show. My employment contract did not state I needed to be hybrid yet they enforced it on me even when I didn't have a car and my nearest team member was 3 states over. Policy was dropped after 6 or so months. As a PE-owned company, resources seem heavily directed toward infrastructure expansion (new data centers) rather than employee rewards or reinvestment in existing systems. This leads to frustration when teams outperform but see little financial upside. DCIM and data infrastructure feel under-resourced—limited data engineers, poor visibility into key datasets, infrequent health checks, and surveillance gaps create risks for outages and long-term reliability.
