Pros
Working from home. Immediate supervisor was a great supervisor who knew how to lead his team in a time of overloaded work load.
Cons
1) Senior/Upper Management intentionally names positions so that they can remain well below market value on paying you for what you do. I am easily making 1/4 - 1/2 more money for what I did at Flexential. 2) Benefits are terminated the date of your last day. Senior/Upper Management is so worried about their pocket books they don't even finish out paying the rest of the month. I have left at least 10 different jobs and not a single one of them has ever terminated benefits the day of your last day. They have ALL finished out the month. 3) COVID gave Senior/Upper Management an excuse to not back fill positions. Even though when COVID first hit there was an influx of work required to assisting their customers with working from home strategies. Now with the economy coming back online they REFUSE to refill those positions and more working is coming in again. So less staff and 2-3 times the work loads. Yet demand to satisfy customer is still supposed to be number 1 priority. Those three things above should tell you that Senior/Upper Management does not care about their employee's, their employee's health and safety, nothing. I would say I feel chewed up and spit but that is putting it lightly. I would say I feel chewed up, consumed(they got energy from me and plenty of benefits), they punch their stomach a couple times, then vomited into a pile of acid, they gather their friends then pointed at their employee's trying to get out and they laugh at them.
